This set would bring joy to any coffee lover. The 1.1-quart combination coffee press and vacuum-insulated thermos makes it possible to create European-style coffee at the office or campground and keep it hot. Simply spoon in ground coffee, add boiling water, place the lid on the press with the plunger up, wait four minutes, push the plunger down slowly, and--presto!--your coffee is ready.

Lightweight and virtually unbreakable, the press stands 10 inches high and has a satin-finish stainless-steel exterior, easily cleaned stainless-steel interior, and a tough plastic top and bottom. The cappuccino creamer is an ingenious device for frothing milk in just seconds. Grasp the plastic ball and move it up and down. Hidden inside, a screen at the bottom of a rod attached to the ball forces air into the milk, creating froth. The all-stainless-steel creamer stands 8-3/4 inches high and is dishwasher-safe. --Fred Brack

Features
  • Set makes great gift for coffee lover
  • Press makes Euro-style coffee and keeps it hot for hours
  • Creamer froths any kind of milk, hot or cold, in seconds
  • Milk can be heated on stovetop directly in creamer
  • Creamer is dishwasher-safe

 Great froth,but
the coffee press is flimsy, especially the screen. The screen/plate combo lets grounds get through, no matter how you grind the beans. If you want one cup of coffee, use a little over a cup of water, and leave a little in the pot. The milk frother is great, though, and makes foam as thick or thin as you want it. I give the whole shebang 3 thumbs up out of 5.
