The GenTran Parallel Power kit allows you to combine the power from two Honda EU2000i generators to provide backup power to your home during an outage. To use during an outage, connect the Parallel Kit to one of the generators, connect the parallel cables to both generators, and connect a 30 Amp 10 gauge 3-wire cord (NEMA L5-30) from the parallel kit to a transfer switch or power inlet box. A 30 Amp breaker on the Parallel Kit is provided to protect against generator or appliance overload. By limiting the total output of the unit, the breaker protects the wiring between the generators, the parallel kit, and the appliances in your home or business. The bolt-on, streamlined design of GenTran's Parallel Kit minimizes vibration, offers convenient use in damp environments, and stores easily. The resin frame and enclosure ensure long life without rusting. All the hardware is included for easy assembly in minutes. 24 month limited warranty. |
